Born and raised in Wenatchee, I am pleased to work in Real Estate in an area I know so well. Besides holding the ABR designation, I am a past director of both the Local and State Associations. Prior to becoming an agent, I have close to 15 years in mortgage banking. I am a past director of the Washington State S&L League, and also attended the School for Mortgage Banking at the University of Notre Dame. I am a graduate of Seattle University and attended grad school in Accounting at Portland State University. I started my real estate sales career as a REALTOR in 2004.

I try to create a sense of community between my clients and myself. Not just real estate but all factors of owning a house I try to assist with or to refer to experts in their fields.

I was a Captain and Battery CO for Btry C 3/84th FA. After coming home I got into real estate. Having done just about everything on the mortgage banking side from secondary market operations, hedging, loan administration (servicing) and equity investments, I jumped over to the thrift side for origination, commercial and construction. With that as a background, I landed as a REALTOR...not any REALTOR, but yours!

Most of my business is in the residential area, concentrated around Wenatchee and East Wenatchee. Approximately 87% of my clients are from referral or repeat business. I have also been growing the commercial side of my business too.

While Wenatchee and its surrounding area is my primary market, I do go to Leavenworth, Rock Island, Malaga and Waterville. I also have a referral relationship covering Chelan and Quincy/Moses Lake/Ephrata. Buying homes, properties, land or houses in and around Wenatchee, I can help your with your real estate needs and also provide a superior level of service.
