I have used Perrin's services three times. The first time I was buying some commercial property and a friend recommended him. It was a complicated transaction and even involved a Quiet Title Action plus some important deadlines to close that were tax related. The job was done and done well. The second time Perrin knew what I was interested in found it, called me we viewed the property and within 8 hours from the first call we had an offer on a spectacular house and 8 hours after that we were all signed and closed about 20 days after that. Again a job well done! The third time is still in process. It has been a real test and it looks like it will close with flying colors. I have recommended Perrin's services and will continue to do so.
