Market getting to you? Take a quick trip and relax

Personally, I have been having a successful October. I Listed three homes last week and sold two in under five days, all at full price and no concessions. Got lots of action on the third. Have a fourth listing to add next week!

But things are different from a couple of months ago. The market is still there and acting like the market (doesn’t care what we think). I think this can be very manageable… but sometimes you need a timeout. So here you go… Sunset in the Caribbean (BonAire)
